Itinerary

Day 1» Arrival at Leh Airport

⦿ Arrival in Leh Airport, where you will be met upon arrival gate by our representative and transfer to hotel. Half day at rest for acclimatization. Evening opt to visit Shanti stupa , and local market overnight in Leh.

Day 2» Leh Exploration Day

⦿ After breakfast at Hotel, you will proceed we will begin our journey at Sangam Site– the point of confluence for Zanskar and Indus rivers.

⦿ We will also visit other tourist attractions such as Magnetic hill which is an anti-gravity hill, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib as well as The Hall of Fame which is a war memorial maintained by the Indian Army.

⦿ After spending a day traversing through the winding roads of Leh, we will return back to our hotels where a delicious dinner will be served.

Day 3»Leh to Nubra Valley(130 km)

⦿ After breakfast , move towards second Highest motorable of the world , KhardongLa Pass.
⦿ Have a cup of tea there, get yourself clicked with the KhardongLa signboard by BRO & on the way, you have amazing panoramic view of Indus valley, shayok river, Himalayan mountains and karakoram mountains range .

⦿ Explore the nubra valley ( the valley of flowers) , proceed towards Nubra valley covering deskit monastery enroute. Check-in at hotel / camp , freshen up & later you can have a double hump bactarian Camel ride at Hunder Sand Dunes. . Don’t forget to click this unique mammal, found in cold desert. It was once used to carry the trade material on silk route.

Day 4» Turtuk Excursion Day (170 Km)

⦿After breakfast , trip proceed to Turtuk, Turtuk is a small village located in Nubra valley region of Ladakh, on the banks of shayok river. It is northernmost villages in india lying very close to Indian Pakistan border, in the baltistan region. Turtuk is an unexplored and offbeat place , opened to tourist only 2010.

⦿ There isn’t much to do in turtuk apart from trekking and visiting the 2 monastery, royal house and musiume , turtuk village covers three area , namely – chutang, youl, and farol , before 1971 turtuk under the Pakistan , after war Indian army capture the village of turtuk and Thang , the story of villager is sadness, due to there grandfather lives in Pakistan,

⦿Back to Nubra valley over night stay

Day 5» Nubra to PangongTso(180 km)

⦿ After early breakfast leave for Pangong lake (14,540ft) , va bank of Shayok river , Durbuk and Tangtse village.

⦿ Pangong lake situated in eastern part of Ladakh place called CHANGTHANG alt.

⦿ Pangong lake is one of the most amazing lakes in Asia, which is changes its color 4-5 times a day. Evening sun set is bank of lake. The most amazing view at pangong is sun-set & sun-rise!

⦿ Dinner and overnight stay at Pangong Lake.

Day 6» Pangong Tso to Hanle(180 km)

⦿ The road we will be taking today snakes through Changthang Valley, an undiscovered region of Ladakh that is beautiful beyond words. It is also famous for being home to elusive wildlife like Himalayan Red Fox, Kiangs and rarely Snow-leopards.

⦿ En-route we will be crossing tiny settlements like Chushul, Tsaga Village and Loma that offer picturesque views ideal for a rest stop.

⦿ Today is all about the journey to Hanle, one of Ladakh’s highest villages that falls on the Old Silk Route that connected India to China. It is also home to India’s first and Biggest Astronomical Observatory boasting the biggest telescope.

⦿ Upon reaching, we will check-in into our Hotels/ Homestays and take enough rest for the rest of the journey.

Day 7» Hanle And Umling La Day

⦿ After a night spent stargazing, we will re-fuel our energy and set out to conquer the mighty Umling La – World’s Highest Motorable Pass perched at an elevation of 19, 024ft.

⦿ Today is the day we forget all our fears and gear up for a ride of a lifetime. As you climb higher the barrenness and twisting turns will literally have adrenaline pumping through your veins.

⦿ While you are at the top, you will find yourself surrendering to the out of the world views laid in front of you, truly a moment that will capture your heart.

⦿ After the thrilling and memorable ride, we will head back to Hanle and spend the night capturing the night sky. The clear views of the milky way, shooting stars and more is a sight that is sure to leave an indelible mark on your soul.

Day 8» Hanle to Leh (254 kms)

⦿ Having spent an unforgettable week in Ladakh, today’s return journey will certainly make you want to capture every last detail of each scenery that passes by. After a delicious breakfast, we will head back to Leh.

⦿ The views en-route are truly a sight to behold, make sure to capture every moment in your heart and mind. We will also be traversing through Chumathang Village on our way back, which is home to a naturally occurring Hot Spring rich in minerals.

⦿ The entire journey will be a perfect ride to be grateful for this opportunity. We will also visit Shey Palace and Thiksey Monastery on the way, which gives you a deep insight into the Ladakhi heritage and traditions.

⦿ We will reach Leh by late-afternoon and after taking ample rest, head out to the market to explore the Cafes and shop for souvenirs.

⦿ Dinner followed by overnight stay in Leh.

Day 9»Departure from Leh
